Chef Gordon Ramsay lands in Ibiza thanks to Matutes

Scheduled to open this summer season 2025, Hell's Kitchen Ibiza will become the new exclusive restaurant of The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel following the completion of the renovation and rebranding process of The Ushuaïa Tower in Playa d'en Bossa. The collaboration between Palladium Hotel Group and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants demonstrates the mutual commitment of both parties to offer high quality service and innovative culinary experiences, combining it with the essence of Ibiza through first class entertainment, the best ambience and carefully selected ingredients.

The arrival of Hell's Kitchen marks an extraordinary milestone for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. It not only marks the arrival of the group in Spain, but also the restaurant's first time in Europe. Furthermore, the restaurant has been born with the aim of becoming a global benchmark and an icon within the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants portfolio.
