The Pitiusas islands have added to their list two new restaurants with a Sun of the Repsol Guide. Thus, each island adds a new Sol this 2025 to join the «universe of the most important gastronomic guide of Spain with appetizing approaches».

In the largest of the Pitiusas the winner of this gastronomic recognition has been the restaurant Es Fumeral, in Cala Nova. Fish and seafood are the specialty of this contemporary beach bar that works under the instructions of Alberto Pacheco, Rafa Zafra's right-hand man.

Located in front of Cala Saona, the Sol Post restaurant, in the hotel of the same name, has been awarded its first Sol by the Repsol Guide. In the kitchen, headed by Joan Costa, the young team of chefs stands out for «building transatlantic bridges by interpreting Central American and Catalan recipes with local ingredients.

Es Fumeral and Sol Post represent the new additions to this guide that this year has added a total of 71 new Soles.
