The culprit of the events is a Colombian resident in Ibiza born in 1973.

From the Pitiusas Health Area they have explained to Periódico de Ibiza y Formentera that this man, due to a fall, had to be taken to the hospital by an ambulance in the early hours of Saturday to Sunday. After being treated and discharged after 3:00 a.m., the subject was involved in the unpleasant event for unknown reasons.

Later, and when he was in the facilities of the hospital complex, this person began to rebuke the people who were in the area, being arrested by the hospital security service, who later notified the Local Police of Ibiza.

The event has caused a great surprise among the citizens of the island and among the taxi community. According to eyewitnesses, the man was on the road from Ibiza to Santa Eulària. At one point, and in the middle of the road, he picked up a stone and headed straight and with a firm step towards a taxi in front of him.
