Pierre Konrad Dadak, better known as the war businessman for his arms business, has denounced his ex-partner for allegedly having occupied the villa he has in the municipality of Sant Josep. It is a spectacular mansion located in Caló d'en Real, which the Franco-Polish businessman uses as his usual residence but rents for tourism a few weeks a year, as sources close to Dadak have explained to Periódico de Ibiza y Formentera.
The facts date back to the end of June when, according to the same sources, the agency in charge of marketing the villa rented it to a person for a week. After this time, when the agency staff went to pick up the keys, they found that Dadak's ex-partner and her sister were inside the house, and they informed the agency that they were not going to leave the house. The businessman, according to the same sources, let a few weeks go by «to see if things would work out» and, faced with the impossibility of his ex-partner leaving the mansion, filed a complaint for the alleged crimes of trespassing and coercion on July 29. «It's because it's their usual home,» explained people familiar with the case, «all their things are there, there are works of art of great value... it's their home.» The complaint is being processed by the Court of Instruction No. 4 of Ibiza.
It is not the first time that Dadak's ex-partner has acted in this way. Both broke their relationship «seven years ago» and the businessman «has a new partner with whom he now has a baby of only two months», said the sources consulted by this newspaper. Shortly after the breakup, and according to the version of Dadak's entourage, she also decided to occupy the house in Caló d'en Real, arguing that it was hers. «But that is not so», the same sources have related, «moreover, Dadak spent a year and a half in provisional prison for an alleged money laundering that had to do with the purchase of the house. It is clear that he acquired it». In spite of everything, Dadak's ex-partner agreed at that time to leave the villa and it was not necessary to denounce her for that.
Now, in addition to the complaint filed by the businessman, there is a second one filed by his mother, who tried to «mediate with her to see if she could get them to leave the house». Not only did she not succeed, but she also «had to report her to the Civil Guard of Ibiza for the alleged crimes of coercion and threats».
«Dadak», concluded the same sources, «has had no choice but to denounce her ex-partner. In addition, in recent years he has had to take other legal action against her and her sister for very personal matters. Now what he wants is to be able to recover his house».
