The ambitious construction project of famous Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe continues to move forward. And this housing development will have a total of 51 luxury apartments, four restaurants (one of them, its own) and an underground parking for 80 cars.

The chef has once again promoted this new project through his Instagram social network profile with a video showing images of the aerial view of the city of Ibiza and the port, as well as the current state of the works. Once again, Nusret asks her followers if they would like to have a house in Ibiza and encourages them to visit the plot when they are visiting the island: «Maybe you would like to live there», she adds in her publication on the social network.
