The Guardia Civil investigates a 45-year-old Russian woman for a crime of damage by the graffiti made by this person on the 'Ibiza' word located outside the Ibiza airport.

As explained by the Peripheral Communication Office (OPC) of the Civil Guard, the identification of this 45-year-old Russian woman was made when she was doing the graffiti this Monday afternoon. People who were at the airport facilities this Monday afternoon alerted Diario de Ibiza and Formentera about these events.

According to a neighbor of the municipality of Ibiza to this newspaper, the same woman was painting last Monday at 13.30 a marble wall of the street País Valencià, as well as several light poles. «I also saw the same painted on the columns that face the corner between this same street and Aragón Street», says the person who has contacted Periódico de Ibiza and Formentera, who adds that several neighbors who passed through the area at the time of the events reproached the attitude of this woman who confronted them.

From Aena they comment that they have already cleaned the graffiti and that the word 'Ibiza' looks like before being vandalized.
